With the completion of the upgrade, we will be given the opportunity to immediate integrate over the next few days, new possibilities and upgrades requested by you, through the “Tell us what you think” & “Questionnaire” options of the MedExpress menu.
The most essential abilities that will be incorporated gradually, according to your demands are:
1) Electronic Patient Record
2) Ability for files input- images of diagnostic examinations
3) Appointment booking
4) Ability to connect with medical devices
5) Ability to connect with patients’ medical devices
6) Subsystem of subscription reminder for patients with chronic diseases
7) Indicators (KPIs) of practice performance
The time requires for the completion of the upgrade depends on your computer standards and the Internet connection.
In case you need to prescribe medicine either examination, please use the web-based link for electronic prescription.
For the PROPER PROCESS of the upgrade please follow CAREFULLY the following directions:
- Until The end of the upgrade you MUST NOT interrupt the process or shut down your computer.
- Once the process is complete, please restart your computer.
- The software will automatically update all your patient’s history through synchronization with the platform of “Electronic Prescription”
- For the upgrade to complete kai the full recovery of all your patients’ visits, prescription, referrals, statistics, reasonable time will be needed (according to your data and computer abilities).
- All your notes, comments and settings will remain the same after the upgrade.
